HOW TO USE: Wet hair thoroughly. Glide the bar directly over wet hair a few times or lather between your hands, then massage into the scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly. Allow the bar to dry completely between uses for the longest life.

While we take extra precautions by shipping products frozen, using additional insulation, and including ice packs during the warmer months, melting can still occur.
If your product arrives softened or melted, rest assured this does not affect its quality, effectiveness, or safety. Simply allow it to return to room temperature or refrigerate it briefly before use.

Products that soften or melt during transit are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We also recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery, as we are not responsible for products left in hot mailboxes, on porches, or in other high-temperature environments after delivery.
