Our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers or fillers. Because of this, they may soften or melt during transit during warmer temperatures.

While we take extra precautions by shipping products frozen, using additional insulation, and including ice packs during the warmer months, melting can still occur.

If your product arrives softened or melted, rest assured this does not affect its quality, effectiveness, or safety. Simply allow it to return to room temperature or refrigerate it briefly before use.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that temperature-related changes during shipping are a natural characteristic of our products. Products that soften or melt during transit are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We also recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery, as we are not responsible for products left in hot mailboxes, on porches, or in other high-temperature environments after delivery.
